Where do you ship?
We currently ship only in the U.S. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Each order is processed with care within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $250. All other rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition. To request a return, contact us at [contact@villagan.com].
Do you offer exchanges?
To keep things simple, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item and placing a new order in the correct size or style.

Collections & Availability
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Our pieces are produced in limited quantities to preserve the integrity and uniqueness of each design. If you see something you love, we recommend securing it — styles may not be restocked in a certain colorway once they sell out.
